Additional pros for the Olympus are the faster and more accurate auto focus, the larger sensitivity and the larger selection of lenses. We also like the optical image stabilizer, that the display has a higher resolution and the articulated display. A recommendation of the OM-D E-M1X is made easy by the rather comfortable touch screen, the superior video recording and that the battery has more stamina. Another advantage over the X-E1: the built-in wifi that permits remote shooting and image transfer without the need for a cable connection, the support for USB 3.0. HArdly a luxury, given today's image size and the requirements of 4K video and the built-in GPS.
